My One Word: PAUSE

In so many aspects of my life, the words that come out of my mouth and the actions that I take are not in the best interest of those around me and/or for myself. I want to be a better mother, wife and friend and I want my words and actions to reflect that. By choosing the word “PAUSE” it allows me that moment to stop and think before I speak and/or do something I might regret. I am looking forward to this next year and the changes I want to make!
