My One Word: Intentional
Before Christmas I had a series of dreams with the recurring theme/conversation was “intentional”. But I was not convinced this was my word, mainly because I had not gone through the official process of reading the book and studying and praying over it. So I set that word aside and began the process….I read, I did the reflect, I wrote in my journal and guess what, I came right back around to “Intentional”.
It means done on purpose; deliberate.
To live with intention means you are purposeful in word and action. It means you live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to you. It means you make thoughtful choices in your life. Being intentional means you actively interact and engage with your life.
WOW!!!!
My verse is Phil 3:12-14
Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers (Sisters), I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Jesus Christ.
2020 I am ready with God by my side!!!!
