College is difficult. The pressures of being a student, RA, friend, and daughter have really begun to weigh heavily on me. The first semester of this year was painful and I felt myself quickly losing the ability to feel any kind of joy. I vow to focus less on the things that cause me stress and disappointment and seek ways to find happiness and joy in my life.
