My One Word: Perspective
‘Perspective’ was a word that came to mind one day, and I believe the Lord has given, when reflecting on events of the pat few years. After years in college, I could not find a job; what I thought was due to my disability and the fact that I use a wheelchair and have a service dog. I graduated with my AAS and BAS to work with young children , preferably early elementary age.
I moved from where I thought I would be spending the rest of my life (Montana) back to where I grew up. Nothing made any sense. Still , volunteering but not working. Now that I am once again back in Montana, nothing makes any sense. I am not living on my own in the city I loved, but with my family. I work two extremely part-time jobs, both dealing with people with disabilities (what I went to school for), but my desire was to be surrounded by preschoolers/children with disabilities such as myself as a para-educator.
Perspective. Hmmmmm, were is that in the Bible?
