If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. James 1:26

God has been telling me I need to regain control over my life. Not only do I need to bridle my tongue, but I also need to rein myself in when I see myself getting out of control, when I allow myself to say and do things which are not acceptable in the sight of the Lord.
