I chose this word because I need to be in better shape physically due to family history and I desire to be in better shape financially. Last but most important I want to be min in better shape spiritually. As I reviewed my current circumstances and what I wanted to really accomplish in 2013, this word continued to pop into my mind. On Christmas Eve as we were singing various hymns, a verse came to life in Silent Night – to be fit for heaven and I knew this was mine. I then began to think about shapes and how shapes are all around us. I was volunteering and in the office was a bulletin with “SHAPE” in bold letters as the heading. Although the content of the bulletin was unrelated to my one word; it was God speaking to me and giving affirmation. Last as I was attending PC3 today, I went for coffee and the sugar subsitute had the word “SHAPE” on it. I will keep it in my purse as a daily reminder. I look forward to 2013 and how God will shape me to do His works.
