I want to be more intentional about what I do and say. Intentional to me means that I decide before doing or saying something and then setting a plan in place to achieve etc. Intentional is a great for me as I strive to be healthy, spend more quality time with my kids, become the best director/leader I can be,spend quality time with my husband and family, have a stronger relationship with Christ.

All these things I know that I have be unconscious about in the past but I know that I can no longer be unconscious as I go about my life’s purpose. I have to be intentional in all things.
