My one word is patience. I have noticed that I have been getting frustrated and impatient with my normal daily life. It really hit me when my granddaughter who is 10 told me that I seem to get mad a lot lately. I look forward to focusing on my one word and am confident with gods help that I can be the happy person that I want to be. I just have to have patience.
