I have a tendency to look to the future and ignore the present- whether it is good or bad. I’ve done it since I was a kid. Often looking to the future, rarely enjoying what God is doing in the moment. I want to be present in what God is doing and not miss it anticipating what is next.
Hebrews 10:35-36- “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.”
