My One Word: Faithfulness
Every time I think if this word, it will remind me that my God is faithful always. No matter what happens He is faithful. It will remind me to be faithful to Him in the little things. It is easier to be faithful in the Big things that are obvious before everyone around you but harder to be faithful in the little things. I want to be faithful to resolves like not to overeat, not to listen to certain music or watch certain things, not to gossip or hold negative conversations, not to judge my neighbors, etc…
I want to be faithful to the ministries that God has called me to, I want to be faithful to the friends and family around me. I want to be faithful to my church family. I want to be faithful to my job. I want to be faithful to use my time wisely
I want to be faithful to His Word, staying consistent in my daily devotions. I want to be faithful in prayer. I want to be faithful in trying to learn new things from God’s Word and to apply them to my life.
In order to be faithful, I must be deliberate and intentional. I must be caring, not carefree. I must light the fire and keep it burning. The list goes on and on.
2 Timothy 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.
