My One Word: TRUST
From: Branch
Trust – To put firm confidence in the Lord. This is the Hebrew definition. It took me a while to get my word, but I’m glad for the process of finding it. I want God and people to trust me more in what I say and do and not be indecisive and hypocritical. I want to trust God’s faithfulness over my anxious or fearful heart due to circumstance or reaction. Just like Mike said – it’s a heart thing – so I want my heart to be changed here. I want to be more grateful in all things as it is God’s will therefore I want to trust more.
Ps 28:7 My heart trusted in Him and I am helped.
Jer. 17:7 Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.
