As a 30+ year teacher of special education students, people often told me that I must be a very patient person. . .but at home it’s a different story. Why is it that we lose our tempers with our family members. . .the very people that we love the most? For me, it is remaining calm when my pretween boy and teen girl are not. I chose from several words related to this situation, but the Bible verses for “patience” spoke to me the most.
