I chose “trust” because of all the words I came up with, this word seemed to speak to me most, as a trust in God’s presence in my life to let him be in control and to stop trying to control things, or worry about things I can’t control. Trust in God, myself, and others will allow me to stop some of the other behaviors I want to change in myself as well.
