My goal for 2015 is to get intimately close to Jesus. I came across several verses with the word abide and they all seemed to focus on a deep communion with God that results in the fruit of His promises. A year ago my marriage ended and in my devastation I gained a resolve to make sure my relationship with Jesus was the most significant relationship in my life. This year I will abide in His word, abide with my Savior, and invite him to abide in my life in every way.
