‘Rooted and established in love’ after renewing (last year’s word!) trust, relationship, and affection in a 25 year marriage. Feeling uprooted after realizing we’d have to move yet again only two years after having come halfway around the world. Told by a herbalist/counsellor who’d only just met me that I needed ‘inner roots’ and receiving a customized ‘root-building’ herbal tisane from her that helped provide balance and clarity. Roots of stubbornness and inertia that need pruning out. Oh yes, this is a given word, and there are doubtless more implications and connotations on the way!
