After Preparing the song “Just That Name” by Big Daddy Weave for my church’s worship service on Sunday morning the word Jesus began to stick with me. Basically, because of the lyrics:

” Yours will be the only one whose favor I seek. Yours will be the friendship and affection I need to feel my Father smiling at me. Yours is the name, the name that saved me. Your mercy and grace the power that forgave me and your love is all I’ve ever needed.”

Jesus seemed like an odd one word to me. But truly that should be the focus of every one word. If I can focus on finding favor solely in Jesus the rest of my world will be satisfying.
