I want to be healthier in my relationship with God as well as my relationships with friends and family. I want to live a healthier life in all aspects. My one word will be the precursor of all of my decisions simply by asking myself Is this healty before words I might speak, deicisons I might make, or choices i make. I will also be able to ask if I will be healthier from those choices and decisions. I want to be the healthiest Christian I can be.
