My One Word: gratitude
I am a very grateful person, however I have someone in my life that thinks I need to be more so. While I do not agree because I am so grateful!, I see that I need to make it more apparent to those around me. Also, I know that if I can remember that I am so grateful–keeping it at the forefront of my day–I will better handle stresses with grace and wellness in mind. I will better be able to finesse rather than force. I will be more patient when faced with frustration; letting frustrations be filtered through gratefulness over time. In my experience when I have done this I have seen more clearly what MY issue is rather than superfluous details that can distract from the real issue. I also want to TELL people I am grateful fo them or something they have done for me or others.
