My One Word: Less
I need to focus on LESS in my life. Less busyness, less negativity, less junk food, less time on the computer. I am hoping to see a new improved, less stressed me at the end of the year. I have written my word on my vanity and bathroom mirrors, on my kitchen window I look out at the yard through every day, I put a reminder to go off on my phone at 8 am every day and a note in my car.
